Kiosk mode

Description

There should be a kisok mode for morenaments euc, to better include it in exhibitions. Features of this kiosk mode should include:

  1. Full screen mode, only exitable via keyboard
  2. Restricted menus, e.g. no exit, no export
  3. Automatic reset after a configurable period of inactivity
